Welcome to our blog site dedicated to our baby Cyan.
For those of you that haven't heard the babies name yet, we have decided early on the name Cyan (whether its a boy or girl!) because we love the meaning behind it. Cyan is the colour blue, it is also the purest colour. It is the colour of the ocean, sky and is relaxing.
We've been so excited since August. We never expected to be lucky enough to conceive so soon! I'm so excited to have a spring baby because I plan to take the little one outside for some good hikes right away!
We had our ultrasound on Dec 4th. It was amazing! We've scanned some pics for you all to see our little one. So far everything looks good and healthy! Mommy feels really good (its true what they say about the 2nd trimester) and daddy is getting more and more excited.
On this blog site we'd love our friends and family to share their thoughts and questions. We hope to update you on the latest news frequently.

Do you know if its a boy or girl?
Nope! Sorry, we all have to wait! We really love surprises and we think this is the ultimate surprise! So, you'll all learn when baby pops out!
When is the baby coming??
Baby should be here early May! Can't wait!

Lauren and I are so happy to hear that things are progressing well. We are also happy that you have decided to wait to find out whether you are having a boy or girl!
We are so excited for you both! I hope you both know that we consider ourselves an aunt and uncle to Cyan.
We are also looking forward to seeing pictures of Cyan's expecting mum and dad.
